Change Management Office Support Officer
  • $76,342 per annum + superannuation
  • Full time, fixed term position until February 2023
  • Geelong based role (hybrid work from home)

The Change Management Office Support Officer provides critical administrative and organisational support for the effective functioning of the WorkSafe Enterprise Change team, to help enable effective change adoption and integration across WorkSafe.

Key Accountabilities

The Change Management Office Support Officer will contribute to Enterprise change reporting though collation of change impact data and engagement with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, conduct change practitioner induction for new starters and maintain the Change Framework with approved changes.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the Change Community of Practice meetings and events, including calendar invitations, room bookings, supporting materials and provide administrative and coordination support to the Change Lead.
  • Proactively managing the priorities of the Change Management Office by monitoring key activities, action items, preparing drafts of reports, presentations, correspondence, briefs, e-mails and managing appointments.
  • Supporting the Change Lead in monitoring the delivery of services provided by the Change Community, external suppliers and proactively resolve or escalate issues as they arise.
  • Undertaking research tasks to assist in the preparation of reports and briefing notes, including the preparation of material for presentations.
  • Creating accurate and complete records of the business activities related to this position, in accordance with approved policy and procedures. This is applicable to both hardcopy and electronic information, including email.

About you

You have demonstrated experience in a program coordination role and a keen eye for detail. More specifically you have:

  • Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as providing support to a broader team
  • Experience in, or a strong interest in change management
  • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email (Lotus Notes preferred)


  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Commerce, Change Management, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or Project Management desirable
